Enter a monthly gross salary to see social security, unemployment, income tax and stamp duty deductions and a 12-month net salary table. Your data stays in your browser.
How is it calculated?
- Employee social security is 14% and unemployment insurance 1%; the base is capped between TRY 33,030 (floor) and TRY 297,270 (ceiling) per month for 2026.
- Income tax base = gross − social security − unemployment. Tax applies to the cumulative annual base with the 2026 brackets: 15% up to 190,000, 20% up to 400,000, 27% up to 1,500,000, 35% up to 5,300,000, 40% above.
- Minimum-wage exemption: the part of gross equal to the minimum wage (TRY 33,030) is exempt from income tax and stamp duty (0.759%). The income tax exemption uses the cumulative base of a minimum-wage earner.
Results are for information only and exclude overtime, extra payments, disability allowances and special cases. Parameters follow the 2026 social security and tax rules; confirm with your payroll team for a binding calculation.
