What is Bell Curve?
Turkish: Çan Eğrisi
The bell curve is a statistical model used to distribute and evaluate employee performance. According to this model, most employees perform at an average level, while a small number fall into the low or high performance categories. Some companies use the bell curve in performance appraisal processes to divide employees into groups and build incentive mechanisms. However, the bell curve model is criticized because in some cases it does not adequately account for individual differences.
